Canvas/leather combination of Rak shoes for spring, summer and autumn walks.

 Rak shoes are considered to be standard width-wise but can are good for even higher insteps and are very nicely adjustable around ankles and can accommodate wide range of width in this area. Regarding to toes they are suitable for shapes with second toe being dominant due to their shape and other straighter shapes of feet or narrower toes (not suitable for dominant  big toes). 
The toe box is round and they have a small heel to toe drop (about 4mm) but due to changeable insole this can be reduced to about 2-3mm drop when replace by a flat insole. 
We love Rak shoes especially due to their flexible toe box and ability to adjust. There are not barefoot by our standards but are something we call a compromise between traditional shoes and barefoot style. We have also found them to be amazing for children with low muscle tone and similar differences in foot growth, strength and structure, without compromising on flexibility of the soles.

We advice approximately 12mm extra space for any new pair of shoes to ensure wiggle room as well as growth space.
